Paua shell is a naturally occurring material that is derived from the abalone shell, sustainably sourced from the beautiful seas of New Zealand. Before shipping, all ordered items will be thoroughly inspected. Today, the majority orders will be delivered within 48 hours. The expected delivery time will be between 3 and 7 days.
Returns
Stock is dynamic. It is not managed entirely by us since we have multiple entities, including the factory and our storage. This means that the actual stock could alter at any time. It is possible that the stock may run out after your order has been placed.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer an exchange or refund.
